Meraki Living was born from a belief that handmade objects carry energy. I introduced jesmonite crafting to Montenegro — a water-based mineral composite that makes extraordinary texture, weight, and character possible in every piece.
Working from my studio in Cetinje, every tray, vase, candle holder, and bowl is cast, sanded, and finished entirely by hand. No two pieces are identical. That is the point.
The Process
Jesmonite is a water-based mineral composite. Working with it is equal parts science and intuition — every pour is a conversation between the material and the maker.
Every piece starts with a form in mind — function and beauty considered together from the very first sketch.
Mineral base and pigment are blended by hand. The ratio, temperature, and timing determine everything.
Poured into the mould and left to cure. This is where patience becomes part of the material.
Sanded, sealed, inspected. Every edge touched. Only pieces that meet the standard leave the studio.

The unboxing moment matters. I treat packaging as an extension of the object itself — a gift before the gift, designed to be remembered.
